About Us

Larry Montgomery had a dream of being an auctioneer and in 1970 enrolled in Ft. Smith Auction School in Ft. Smith AR.  He was instructed by Col. Dale Brown and other professional auctioneers.  The following year Larry studied a course in real estate and passed the state exam to become a real estate broker. Since that time Larry has handled the sale of many pieces of real estate and conducted many auctions of personal property as well as real estate. In 1992, Larry’s sons-in-law Ronnie Whiteley and Shannon Chester joined the firm as auctioneers after graduating from Missouri Auction School.  They now conduct the personal property auctions.  Larry and Ronnie conduct the real estate auctions.  Larry’s daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Ronnie Whiteley, have joined the firm as sales agents.  Christy helps Larry with the day to day operation of the business as well as assisting with the personal property auctions.
